Here’s what’s new in the latest ClearEvent product release.

View My Orders

Attendees that register for your event, or purchase tickets for your event can now view a summary of their registration and ticket purchases on your Event Portal Web App when they sign in.

Key Benefits:

  • Attendees have one secure location where they can find all of their registrations and ticket orders for your event.
  • Attendees that have lost their registration confirmation email, or e-tickets can request their registration confirmation email be resent or can download their e-tickets.
  • Registrants can review their registration status to verify if their registration has been approved.
  • Ticket buyers can review their ticket order and can see if any tickets have been refunded or canceled.

Copy Form Fields

Save time with our new Copy Form Field feature! You can now quickly copy any existing field added to a registration form.

Key Benefits:

  • Save time when adding many similar fields to a registration form.
  • Copy complex form fields that you’ve added and configured on your registration forms. For example, a long list of multiple-choice options.
  • Easily adjust a copied form field to make it unique.

Hide List field Options on your Registration Forms

You can now hide List field Options on any of your registration forms.

Hiding an option is useful when you no longer wish to offer the option to registrants, and you don’t want to delete the option for any previously received registrations.

Benefits

  • Permanently, or temporarily hide any option from a list of available options on any registration form.
  • Hidden options are no longer available to registrants, but event managers can still edit any received registration and manually select a hidden option.

Add Booth Details to Sponsor Profiles

You can now add optional booth location details to any Sponsor profile that you publish on your Event Portal Web App.

Benefits

  • Add booth location details to any Sponsor profile and help attendees locate sponsor booths on-site at your event.
  • Sponsor booth location details will be displayed as part of the public profile that is visible on your Event Portal Web App > Sponsors page.

Other Improvements

  • Form Designer: A new Yes/No specialized field type has been added to the form designer.
  • Registration: By default, new registrants will now be automatically signed in to their ClearEvent account after they register for an event. This removes an extra sign-in step needed for a registrant to access private event details and their order summary.
  • Misc: Numerous bug fixes, user interface enhancements, and performance improvements.
