Customize your Event Portal > Home page!

You can now easily customize the buttons displayed on your Event Portal Home page. New features allow you to customize button labels, change the display order of buttons, and add new custom content, all from a single place.

Key Benefits

  • Add new custom Content Pages to your Event Portal Home page. Custom content pages are a great way to communicate additional event details like travel info, Q&As, and more to attendees.
  • Add Redirect Links to your Event Portal Home page to help direct attendees to external resources like maps, videos, virtual meetings, live streams, etc.
  • Change the display order of buttons displayed on your Event Portal Home page to achieve your desired attendee browsing experience.
  • Easily control which buttons are displayed on your Event Portal Home page from a central location.
  • Customize the label and icon for any button displayed on your Event Portal Home page.

Other Updates

My Orders

  • Print Tickets – Attendees can now easily find and print out their ticket orders directly from the My Orders page.
  • View Check-in Codes – Registrants can now easily find and view their check-in QR code from the My Orders page by clicking the Get Check-In Code button.

Registration

  • Add to Calendar. Registration confirmation email messages sent after a registration is received now include an “add to calendar” attachment. Registrants can simply click on the calendar attachment in the email to add a calendar reminder for your event to their personal calendars.

Event Manager App

  • Preview a closed Event Portal – Event Managers that are signed in to the Event Manager App can now preview the Event Portal, even when it is still closed. To preview the Event Portal, click the View Event Portal button in the Event Manager App header area. If previewing an Event Portal, a “Preview” banner will be displayed in the header of the registration form to indicate the Event Portal is not open yet.
  • Event Manager Invite Notifications  Security notifications send from ClearEvent whenever a newly invited Event Manager accepts an invitation to manage an event will now only be sent to Event Managers belonging to the Event Owner or Event Admin roles.

Misc.

  • Resolved ticket status dashboard widget performance issue.
  • Numerous bug fixes, user interface enhancements, and performance improvements.
