  • Event Organizers can now easily resend registrant confirmation emails for approved & declined registrants.

    To resend a participant registration email notification:

    1. In the Event Manager App, go to the Participants section.
    2. Select the desired participant registration and then click the Edit button.
    3. From the Participant Details screen, select the Overview tab.
    4. Click the Resend button (if the button is disabled, first approve or decline the participant registration).
  • Email deliverability has been improved to avoid certain junk mail filtering rules. As a result of this enhancement, some recent email notifications (like approval / declined email notifications) may be resent to registrants to help ensure the best chance of receipt.
