- Event Organizers can now easily resend registrant confirmation emails for approved & declined registrants.
To resend a participant registration email notification:
- In the Event Manager App, go to the Participants section.
- Select the desired participant registration and then click the Edit button.
- From the Participant Details screen, select the Overview tab.
- Click the Resend button (if the button is disabled, first approve or decline the participant registration).
- Email deliverability has been improved to avoid certain junk mail filtering rules. As a result of this enhancement, some recent email notifications (like approval / declined email notifications) may be resent to registrants to help ensure the best chance of receipt.
