Sign in at app.clearevent.com with your ClearEvent account. Then open the menu (top right) and choose My Orders to see registrations and tickets for events on ClearEvent. For step-by-step help, see Event Portal: How to view My Orders.

On the sign-in screen, click Forgot Password, enter the email address on your account, and use the link in the email titled ClearEvent password reset. If you do not see it, check Junk or Promotions. Full steps: Forgot Password.

Contact the event organizer for schedules, refunds, venue details, or policies. They run the event. ClearEvent provides the platform and technical support for account and product issues—we cannot answer event-specific questions for them.
