Other Improvements

  • General
    • Virtual Addresses for online meetings and events can now be added using the new Virtual Address field for Event Contacts, Registration Form Custom Locations, and Ticket Custom Locations. When enabled, Virtual Address links are visible to attendees in the Event Portal > My Orders page and make it easy to find online connection details. Virtual Addresses can make it easier for hybrid and virtual events to securely share online links with attendees.
  • Registration
    • Product refunds are now enabled. Full or partial refunds of products purchased on a registration can now be issued to registrants. Learn more.
    • The Refund Policy area is now prominently displayed on the registration form above the payment details area.
    • The Registrant First Name and Registrant Last Name fields are now editable by the event organizer when editing a registration. This allows event organizers to correct typos entered by the registrant into these fields at the time of registration.
    • Billing Address fields are no longer required on a paid registration form. By default, the Billing Address is required for a paid registration form (a form having fees or products) but event organizers can now choose to either hide the Billing Address fields completely or make them optional.
  • Sponsors
    • Sponsor Import. Easily import a list of sponsors from spreadsheets to display on your Event Portal > Sponsors page.
    • The sponsor name can now be optionally displayed in the Event Portal > Sponsors page for each sponsor profile you create. This is helpful in cases where no sponsor logo is provided, or the sponsor logo does not communicate the sponsor name.
  • Schedules
    • You can now provide an optional Description for any of your schedules. Schedule description text is displayed above the primary activities of your schedule.
  • Event Portal
    • The Event Portal layout has been optimized to better display buttons on the Home page when there are only a few buttons visible.
    • Responsive embeds are now available for events wishing to embed supported content from their Event Portal into third-party websites. Learn more.
  • Misc.
    • Numerous bug fixes, user interface enhancements, and performance improvements.
